The studio is committed to improving the way architects/designers practice their trade. Research and Development is the backbone of the studio. Ideas, principles and best practices are simulated before commissioned work. This enables our designers to promote ideas with confidence and provide relevant advice for our clients. The studio is running active programmes in the field of Smart Cities/Smart Design, Lifetime Homes for the Future and Architecture/Neuroscience and the use of Virtual Reality.

The office is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Diba Salam is a member of the RIBA International Committee Board. Participation in industry research is essential to our core values and strengthens our services for our clients.
