RIBA
Work Stages/
The process of designing for each RIBA work stage and statutory milestones involves multiple tasks. As architects, we manage and coordinate these tasks with a wider team. Each stage is completed with a formal report outlining the current status and key requirements for the subsequent stages.
International
Work Stages/
International work stages differ to that of the RIBA and tends to lean on US best practices, however each country and client has specific requirements. In reality, all projects need to achieve a certain level to enable its successful delivery, which is carefully examined on a case by case approach. Protecting the design and client requirements through to completion and operations is an essential part of Studio DS appointments.
